Pet-Friendly Pet Policy

1) Many of our homes are pet friendly and will accept a maximum of two pets. However, some owners DO NOT allow pets, while others restrict size, type and number. Always check with your agent before you apply.

2) If you apply to lease one of our homes or reside in one of our homes that allows a pet, and you wish to have a pet, you will need to complete an online pet profile and pay a non-refundable pet application fee of $20 for the 1st pet and $15 for the 2nd pet. This step is not optional.

3) While support animals and assistance animals are exempt from breed, weight and age restrictions, we do require all animals to have a complete profile. There is no application fee for this process, as well as no deposits or other fees.

4) If your pet is approved, you will need to pay a non-refundable Pet Acceptance fee of $200 per pet. Rollingwood Management does accept assistant animals in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
