90-Day Management Fee Guarantee
We are so confident in our level of service that at the end of the 90th day of the initial contract, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may cancel your contract with us by notifying us in writing on that day and receive a full refund of the management fees that were collected, without penalty. It's that simple.
180-Day Tenant Lease Guarantee*
Since we believe in the quality of our residents and our selection process, we offer a guarantee on our leases. If a resident(s) that we place in your property breaks their initial lease during the first six months (180 days), we will find another qualified resident for your property, and you will not be charged another lease commission. You will never pay two full leasing commissions in the same 12 month period.
*Does not apply to the termination of the lease with military orders, early termination when the tenant pays for all the fees to rerent the property, as per Texas Property Code or other valid provisions in the lease.
