Dear Owners,
After 39 wonderful years of serving the Austin community through Rollingwood Management, I’m writing to share a meaningful update. I have sold the company to my son, Christopher, who many of you already know. He has been working with me in the business for the past decade and has grown into a capable, thoughtful leader who truly understands what it means to take care of our clients and their properties.
Christopher shares the same values and commitment to service that have guided this company since its founding, and I have full confidence that he will lead Rollingwood Management into a strong future.
You’ll continue working with the same team you know and trust, and there will be no disruption to the service or support you’ve come to expect. While I am stepping back from the day-to-day operations, I will continue to support Christopher and the team in my role as the broker.
Serving you has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life and career. Your trust, support, and loyalty over the years have meant more to me than I can express.
