The Texas Residential Leasing Specialist Designation
In the complex and fast changing industry of residential leasing, especially in Austin, specialized knowledge in our core activities and skills is critical to a successful property manager. The TRLS designation is held by only _391 agents_ across the State of Texas, and we are proud to house four of those industry specialists right here at Rollingwood Management, Inc.
By completing this designation, Gamze has expanded her knowledge and expertise in:

With an ever-changing legal landscape, shifting property codes, and the complexities of our trade, achieving the Texas Residential Property Manager designation shows a desire to truly stand above the pack. With fewer than 100 agents across the State of Texas holding this designation, we are proud to now house four of them in-house!
By completing this designation, Gamze has expanded her knowledge and skills in:
- Experience Hours: With a minimum requirement of two hundred unit hours of experience over two consecutive years, this requirement shows a true dedication to the trade.
- Contractual Agreements: Focused education on deep dives into the contracts that guide the relationships between our firm and our investors, as well as those between our clients and their residents.
- Property Possession and Evictions: In the constantly changing legal landscape of evictions, on going education is critical to handling these sensitive matters successfully.
- Residential Investment Maintenance: Handling successful relationships with Contractors, and ensuring quality trades are used with a long-term focus on home care.
- Company Operations: Higher-level coursework focused on better understanding the business operations of a Property Management Firm.
