Michael C. Francis

Senior Property Manager - Resident and Owner Services

Twenty Five years of experience

Michael has been managing residential property in the greater Austin area since 1985. Property owner, real estate investor, and fee manager, he is directly involved in the daily operations of Rollingwood Management.  Michael has been a member of the Austin chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since 1997.  Michael holds both the MPM® (Master Property Manager) and RMP® (Residential Management Professional) designations given by NARPM.  He served as both the local chapter's Treasurer and Chapter President. Michael is also a member of the Austin Board of Realtors® (ABOR), the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM), the Texas and Austin Apartment Association since 1988 (TAA and AAA), and has held a Texas Real Estate license since 1986.

As an owner of several investment properties, he is sensitive to "cash flow" considerations and balancing the needs of the residents to that of his clients.

Michael moved to Austin in 1979 where he attended the University of Texas.  While living in Austin, Michael has enjoyed volunteering for various community organizations including: Texas Special Olympics Board of Directors, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Austin , City Council Member for the City of Sunset Valley, Mayor for the City of Sunset Valley.

Michael and his wife, Carol, have two children, Christopher and Sarah. Carol teaches special education for Eanes ISD.  Michael is an avid runner, snow skier, and treasures time with his family.  Both Michael and Carol are also longtime active members of Austin Ridge Bible Church, its ministries and mission.

Larry Park

Property Manager - Resident and Owner Services

Joined the Rollingwood Management team in 2007

Lawrence “Larry” Park has extensive knowledge of real estate, including leasing, sales, and property management.  Larry's years of experience have been a direct benefit for our clients and residents.  Larry took his first real estate course in high school and received his real estate sales license in 1985.  He went on to earn his Texas Broker's license in 1998.  He also was a licensed mortgage broker for four years.

Larry moved to Austin in 1981, when he fell in love with the Texas Hill Country, the lakes, and the local music scene.  He attended the University of Texas and Southwest Texas State where he received his degree in business.  Larry’s pastimes include walking the hike and bike trails of Barton Creek, following University of Texas Longhorn and Dallas Cowboy football, and bird hunting on the family farm in San Saba County.  He also collects old recorded music with over 2500 albums dating back to the 1920’s.  He has been married to Ellen, a native Austinite, for 20 years and has two sons, Kenny and Kevin.

 
Karen Francis

Office Manager - Resident and Owner Services

Sixteen years of experience

Joined the Rollingwood Management team in 2009

Karen Francis (no relationship to Michael) has established a solid background in Office Administration and Property Management and is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Rollingwood Management office.  Since 1994, Karen has developed a broad range of extensive knowledge and skills as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant in commercial property management, leasing and marketing, and construction.   Her expertise in office management, organizational skills, and customer service will be an integral part to our organization.  This depth of experience will be a direct benefit for our clients and residents.

Away from work, Karen enjoys hiking, jogging, cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.  Take a minute to visit with Karen on your next call to our office and you’ll see why we’re excited to have Karen on our team!

Debbie Stone

Property Leasing Professional – Resident and Owner Services 

Thirty-Two years of experience

Joined the Rollingwood Management team in 2004

Debbie has lived in Austin since 1974 and has been a licensed real estate associate since 1978.  Debbie has been engaged in many different aspects of property leasing and management since then.  During this time, Debbie has also experienced a variety of real estate cycles in the greater Austin area. This invaluable experience and knowledge is put to work every day in her efforts to deliver only the best in property leasing services. In 1999 she served as a board member for the Austin Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is currently an active member of the Austin Board of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors.  “I enjoy contributing to a company that truly embodies the highest of ethics, professionalism and service to its residents and clients”.  As an investment property owner herself, she understands the need to properly screen and qualify residents and keep up with the trends in the industry that benefit her residents and their owners.

Debbie also coordinates and heads up the company’s community involvement.  Since 1998, she has actively promoted the Austin Police Department’s Operation Blue Santa program each Christmas and is currently a board member.  Every year Operation Blue Santa delivers thousand of donated toys to families in need in the Austin area.  Debbie has two wonderful grown children who she says have blessed her with five delightful grandchildren and (of course) she’d be happy to show you pictures any time you have a few hours to spare.

Anthony Cordova

Maintenance Coordinator - Resident and Owner Services

Fifteen years of experience

Joined the Rollingwood Management team in 2003

Anthony’s extensive experience in property maintenance and supervision are invaluable assets to Rollingwood Management’s maintenance program.  He is responsible for the oversight of our property maintenance department, coordinating warranty work, conducting annual property surveys, and processing resident maintenance requests.  Anthony’s attention to detail and the ability to understand the complexities of maintenance help assure that our residents and our clients receive the highest quality and most cost effective maintenance services in the industry.  “What sets Rollingwood Management apart from other management companies is our desire and drive to deliver the best management services possible”.

In his off-time Anthony enjoys fishing, swimming, snow skiing and snowmobiling.  “I’m most proud of my family, my wife Becky, my daughter Kenzie and my son Dylan".

Rebecca Sage
 

Bookkeeper – Resident and Owner Services

Six years of experience

Joined the Rollingwood Management team in 2009

Rebecca Sage began her career in accounting before serving her country by joining the Air Force.  After her tour as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Apprentice (diesel mechanic!) she earned her Associates of Arts, Administration in Accounting and is working on her Bachelors of Science, Business Administration in Accounting.  Rebecca’s responsible for processing all rent payments, accounts payable, receivables, preparing owner statements and managing all ACH activity.  As a team member, Rebecca works diligently to provide our residents and clients accurate and comprehensive accounting.

In Rebecca’s spare time she volunteers for several ministries at her church, enjoys digital photography, swimming, cooking, football, and delights in her son each and every day.  We knew right away that a former military mechanic would be unflustered with anything the property management industry threw at her!  If you have any bookkeeping questions, don’t hesitate to contact Rebecca!

Kim Hammer

Property Leasing Professional – Resident and Owner Services

Twenty-four years of experience

Joined the Rollingwood Management team in 1997

Kim Hammer, longtime Rollingwood team member, is no stranger to the field of property management.  She began her real estate management career in 1986 as an on-site multi-family leasing agent and was later promoted to property manager.  Kim has been a licensed Realtor and a member of the Austin Board of Realtors since 1999.  She currently oversees the leasing and marketing of our properties, coordinates property showings with other Realtors, and schedules showings for potential residents who contact our office directly.  In addition to this, she signs all leases and provides residents with their required lease orientation.

Max Pepper

Senior Office Security Guard - Fourteen (dog) years of experience

Max Pepper, a native Austinite, loves living in Austin and the Hill Country.  His dedication and commitment to providing only the best in security services to our office clearly sets him apart from all the rest.  No cat, squirrel or deer stands a chance with Max on patrol.  Max enjoys playing fetch, dining on fine dog food and University of Texas football, Hook em' Horns!
